“The ladies fight for the title” is the motto of our ladies’ golf tournaments towards the end of August. Unfortunately, the ladies had to experience one of the few wet, rainy days this summer. After the first round, our Ladies Captain, Renata Andrist, and our Vice Captain, Ursi Hauser, decided to end the tournament. This meant that 9-hole Stroke was scored for the low handicappers and Stableford for the higher handicappers. The winner and Ladies Section Champion 2022 was Tina Wegmüller (38 strokes)

After an afternoon break, the ladies met at the Chesa Selfranga for an aperitif, prize distribution and dinner, before rounding off the sociable day with the movie ‘Phantom of the Open’ in the cinema.
